Phishing: There are certain fake e-mails in circulation claiming to come from ING and referring to the launch of a new online platform. These e-mails are a case of phishing and should be ignored.

Our advice:

  • Never enter your username or password on a website you have accessed by following a link sent in an e-mail.
  • ING will never ask you to provide sensitive information (PIN or card reader response codes) by telephone or e-mail.
