Phishing : Phishing e-mails claiming to be from ING are going around that talk about the launch of a new online platform at ING.
Our advice:

  • Never give out your credentials to a website if you reached the page by clicking on a link you got in an e-mail.
  • ING never asks you for codes, not even over the phone, or by e-mail.
  • Watch our video on how to read a URL to see how you can recognize a fraudulent link in an e-mail.
