You wish to import your beneficiaries from Business'Bank into ING Multi Mandate? Here are the steps to follow.
Call us on +32 2 464 60 04 and ask to activate the IMM-functionality:
"Import beneficiaries from Business'Bank".
After activation of the feature "Import beneficiaries from Business'Bank",
you see this blue notification on your IMM home-page:
(When the message is not yet visible, click then 2 minutes later on F5 to refresh the page.)
To import your beneficiaries for the first time:
Step 1: Click on "More info" in this blue notification.
A popup arrives with extra info. Please read this information carefully.
Step 2: Click on "OK, I understand" in this popup.
A purple notification is displayed. It indicates the number of beneficiaries from Business'Bank to add into IMM:
Step 3: Click on "Yes, update beneficiaries" in the purple notification.
The process to import your beneficiaries starts.
When all beneficiaries are imported, a green notification is displayed:
In case you clicked on "No, not now", no beneficiaries are imported. You will get a new opportunity for it the next time you modify a beneficiary in Business'Bank.
You can remove these notifications by clicking on the x-button.

We will import all beneficiaries with a SEPA account in EURO.
All beneficiaries with a NON-SEPA account or an account in another currency will not be imported.
Also beneficiaries with invalid data (only possible with very old beneficiaries) are not imported. To import those beneficiaries you first need to update them in Business'Bank.

Were my beneficiaries properly imported?
The beneficiaries continues to import even when you were logged off. On your homepage, you can check the status of your beneficiaries import operation:
- In case you have the notification with the purple import icon on the ING Multi Mandate homepage, it means that a new update with beneficiaries is available from Business'Bank. To do the update, you need to click on "Yes, update beneficiaries".
- In case you have the notification with the green OK icon on the ING Multi Mandate homepage, it means that the update of your beneficiaries is complete.
Beneficiaries from Business'Bank must be updated in Business'Bank:
Step 1: Manage your beneficiaries in Business'Bank
Add, update or delete the beneficiaries in Business'Bank.
Step 2: Login 10 - 15 minutes later into ING Multi Mandate application.
The purple notification is displayed on your IMM home-page. It indicates the number of beneficiaries that are added, updated and deleted in Business'Bank
Step 3: Click on "Yes, update beneficiaries" in the purple notification
The process to import your beneficiaries starts.
When all beneficiaries are updated, a green notification is displayed:
The update of your beneficiaries from Business'Bank is done.
When you clicked on "No, not now", you will get a new opportunity to import, the next time you add or update a beneficiary in Business'Bank.
You can remove these notifications by clicking on the x-button.
