A dossier in ING Multi Mandate is the virtual equivalent of a client’s paper dossier, where you will keep all the files and accounts in a single place for that client.
The more details and documents you add to your dossier, the more details you'll be able to automatically find back in your reports.
ING Multi Mandate offers you several templates for you to create reports:
- Movement book: The movement book allows you to report the detail of all transactions recorded on 1 or several accounts, over a pre-defined period. You can add a copy of the attachments you added to any transaction and you can display (or not) your notes and categories. The “Movement book” report is always in PDF format.
- Movement book - short version: Just like the regular movement book, this report shows all transactions recorded on one or more accounts in a specific period. However, there are less details so that there are more transactions per page. The “Movement book - short version” report is always in PDF format.
- Annual report - accounts under administration: this report provides you with a general skeleton of the main information to be provided to report to the Court on an "Under administration" dossier. It's pre-filled with the information available in ING Multi Mandate. You can also choose to include graphs for a more visual report. Simply edit the document in Word to add the information missing and create the lay-out you usually use. The “Annual reports” are always in Word format.
- Annual report - debt mediation: this report provides you with a general skeleton of the main information to be provided to report to the Court on an "Debt mediation" dossier. It's prefilled with the information available in ING Multi Mandate (consolidated for all accounts of the dossier). You can also choose to include graphs for a more visual report. Simply edit the document in Word to add the information missing and create the lay-out you usually use. The “Annual reports” are always in Word format.
- Budget overview by category: This report provides you the total and average expenses & incomes per category and sub-category, as well as the detailed list of transactions per category, for 1 or several accounts, over a defined period. You can choose to also display the information as graphs and to also display the corresponding attachments. This report is available in either Word or PDF.
- Budget evolution by category: This report provides you the evolution of the total and average expenses & incomes per category and sub-category, for 1 or several accounts, over a defined period. Totals and averages can be displayed per month, quarter, semester or year, depending on the data range selected. You can choose to also display the information as graphs. This report is available in either Word or PDF.
