This is valid for all exports as well in PDF as in Excel:
Do you want to create a new professional account?
At the bottom of the accounts overview page, you can find a new link.
When you click it, a popup "Open new account" is displayed.
When selecting here the account type that you need, you are directed to the appropriate page in Business 'Bank where you can create this kind of accounts (after signing in on the logon page of Business 'Bank).
When creating a rule you have now more possibilities on where to look for the value to search in the transaction.
Before you could only search on the counterparty or on the message.
Now you can also search on the payment type and on the reference (only available when your HB Offline database is uploaded).
There exists now a second version of the movement book: "Movement book - short version".
This movement book has a different layout and displays less details. Therefore it can display more transactions per page so that it gives a better overview.
The advanced options to show categories, notes and document names are not available.
The account balance is now optional in the "Movement book" report and in the "Movement book - short version" report.
When you generate a new report of type "Movement book" or "Movement book -short version", you will see on the "Report settings" screen, below "Advanced options" the option "Show account balance".
When checking this option the line starting with "Account balance on ..." will be displayed in the heading of the report. It will not be displayed if you don't check the advanced option "show account balance".
