If you are a User and wish to modify the email address you use to login, please contact your Subscription holder.
If you are a Subscription holder and wish to modify the email address you use to login, please call the ING Helpdesk /Business:

There is no limit to the number of Users per subscription. However, keep in mind that as a Subscription holder, you are responsible for every user you create, including their actions in the tool. Make sure your Users have the proper mandate on the accounts they handle, as required by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
You can choose between temporarily deactivating a user or deleting them permanently:
Click on your name at the top of the screen - Select “Configuration”
Go to "User Management"
Select the user you wish to remove or deactivate
- To delete the user, click on "Delete"
To deactivate the user, click on "Deactivate"
- Confirm
As a Subscription holder, you decide the level of permission for each user you create:
Which account(s) they can consult :
- Authorization or not to prepare payments
- Authorization or not to send payments for signature
- Authorization or not to define new rules and categories
- Authorization or not to create and edit beneficiaries…
- Etc.
When you setup the access to accounts, you can use specific roles like:
Access only to "Under administration" accounts
Access to all accounts except a specific list
Access to selected accounts (with this option, any further new mandate will have to be added manually to the corresponding users)
