FAQs on Dossiers
Here you will find all questions about the why and how to use dossiers with ING Multi Mandate.
A dossier in ING Multi Mandate is the virtual equivalent of a client’s paper dossier, where you keep together all the files and information (like client details, stakeholders details, accounts, related documents, etc.) for that client.
Can I still use it for other payments?
Adding a beneficiary to a dossier allows you to manage payments for that beneficiary without having to fill-in the payments details every time.
One beneficiary (eg: Lampiris, Proximus, Engie, etc.) can be linked to several dossiers.
A relevant date in a dossier allows you to be reminded about related court reporting events.
Will the accounts information in it still be updated?
However, its linked accounts are still selectable (e.g. to create a payment).
All active accounts will still be updated independently from the dossier status.
