FAQs on Activation and Login to IMM
Find all the questions concerning how to activate your ING Multi Mandate Account and how to connect to the platform
As soon as your account is ready, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the address you provided when you subscribed.
A new account setup usually requires a certain time. If you haven't received an e-mail from us after 6 hours, please check the SPAM folder of your mailbox…
If you still didn’t receive a confirmation e-mail, please contact the ING Helpdesk/Business:
- +32 2 464 60 04 - Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Make sure your e-mail address is correct, so they can re-send you an e-mail if necessary.
If you subscribed yourself in Business’Bank to ING Multi Mandate and you are the "Subscription holder", your ING ID requested to login can be found at the bottom of your ING Bank Card (see below)
If you did not subscribe yourself but someone else did it for you, then you have a "User" role in ING Multi Mandate. In that case, please contact the person who did subscribe for you (aka your Subscription holder) in order to obtain their ING ID.
Install the app on your mobile phone via Google Play (Android) or App Store (iOS)
Run the app and register:

How do I update my itsme account?
To ensure nobody can useyour current account :
- Start with blocking your current itsme® account on the itsme® website
- Enter your mobile number and your place of birth (as indicated on your ID card).
- Confirm you want to block your itsme® account. Your account will be blocked safely
Do you experience difficulties to block your itsme® account on the website?
Call the ING Helpdesk/Business: +32 2 464 60 04 - Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and we will assist you.
2/ When you get your new phone
- install itsme®.
- To reactivate your account, request a new identification token :
- either in the app
- either on the itsme website (using your eID)
- either via your bank
... then register again.
It is a measure required to keep your online banking operations secure.
