Find all the questions concerning how to create custom Reports and export data with the Advanced Search functionality in ING Multi Mandate


  • Movement book report:

this report provides you with all the transactions recorded on 1 or several accounts, over a defined period. You can join a copy of any attachment you added to your transactions and you can also add notes and categories. 

In PDF format.

  • Movement book - short version:

Just like the regular movement book, this report shows all transactions recorded on one or more accounts in a specific period. However, there are less details so that there are more transactions per page. The “Movement book - short version” report is always in PDF format.

  • Annual report - accounts under administration

This report gives you with an overview of the information to provide to the Court for an "Under administration" dossier. It's pre-filled with information extracted from ING Multi Mandate. You can also add graphs or edit the document in Word to add information and/or customize the lay-out.

  • Annual report - debt mediation: 

This report gives you with an overview of the information to provide to the Court for a "Debt mediation" dossier. It's pre-filled with information extracted from ING Multi Mandate (consolidated for all accounts of the dossier). You can also add graphs or edit the document in Word to add information and/or customize the lay-out.

  • Budget overview by category:  

This report provides you with the total and average expenses & incomes per category and sub-category, as well as a detailed list of transactions per category, for 1 or several accounts, over a defined period.

You can also add graphs and display corresponding attachments. 

In Word or PDF format.

  • Budget evolution by category

This report provides you with the evolution of the total and average expenses & incomes per category and sub-category, for 1 or several accounts, over a defined period. Totals and averages can be displayed per month, quarter, semester or year, depending on the data range selected. You can also add graphs.
