ING Card Reader
The card reader for all your online banking transactions
Together with your ING bank card, your ING Card Reader gives you easy, secure access to your online banking, for all your transactions and online purchases.
Your ING Card Reader guarantees ultra-secure transactions thanks to both your bank card's PIN and ING's secure connection.
Intuitive in use
All you need to do is insert your bank card into the ING Card Reader and follow the instructions to log in to Home'Bank or Business'Bank.
You are all for paying for purchases over the internet or making transactions online via your computer or tablet. But only on the condition that it's easy and your personal and banking details are fully protected. At ING, protecting your online transactions is our priority. Which is why we provide the right tools for you to access your online banking and sign your banking transactions simply and securely.
To access Home'Bank and Business'Bank securely, you need two things: a card reader and your ING bank card. Thanks to your PIN, known only to you, which you enter in your ING Card Reader, your bank card is your personal key to online banking. Together with ING's secure connection which you use to access Home'Bank and Business'Bank, that means double security for your banking details.
Check immediately whether or not you still have your ING bank card. If you are in doubt, call Card Stop immediately on +32 70 344 344 to block your card.
If you still have your bank card, there is no need to worry. No one will be able to access your online banking without it. Your ING bank card is your key to accessing our e-banking services, not your ING Card Reader.
Thanks to the ING Vocal Card Reader, the visually impaired also enjoy easy access to Home'Bank and Business'Bank, our online banking services. This talking card reader is free of charge from ING for those that need it.
