Limits for private individuals (over 18)

See below for the default limits of our accounts. If you wish, you can temporarily or permanently change these limits online or call us 02 464 60 04.


The following default limits apply for bank transfers made via Home'Bank, our ING Smart Banking apps and our Self'Bank machines at ING branches.

The limits depend on how and to whom you wish to transfer money.

You can transfer as much money as you wish between your own ING accounts.

The following default limits apply when withdrawing or depositing cash at an ING Self'Bank machine. Naturally, you can also withdraw cash at ATMs belonging to other banks, anywhere in the euro zone.

The limits applicable to these ATMs may differ to those of ING.

If you want to be able to make cash withdrawals outside the euro zone, check whether Maestro is automatically available in your country of destination. If not, ask your ING branch to activate it for you.

Limits for young people (under 18)

To change the limits applicable to your child's account, simply make an appointment at an ING branch.

Please note that any changes to the limits of an ING youth account must be requested by a parent or legal guardian.
