Secure banking
Your profile is created using your card reader and protected by a 5-digit code, fingerprint or Face ID. This way you can safely manage your banking wherever and whenever you want with the app.
Pay contactless
The integration of Bancontact and Payconiq in the app allows you to pay for a meal or a doctor's visit in complete security. In many cases, you can pay merchants and care providers with Bancontact and/or Payconiq.
No card reader
Check your bills or make a bank transfer and you don't have your card reader at hand? Don't worry! With the ING Banking app, you don't need a card reader to perform these and many other services. So you can easily bank anytime, anywhere.

Every ING client who is 12 years old and over and has a current account can download and use the ING Banking app. ING customers with a business account should continue to use the ING Smart Banking app. The ING Banking app can be installed on smartphones with an iOS and Android operating system. ING customers with a tablet can also download the ING Banking app.

The ING Banking app is secured with your 5-digit code, fingerprint or Face ID, so your banking is not accessible to third parties via the app on your smartphone or tablet. If your device is lost or stolen, you can delete your profile yourself via Home'Bank. This is done by selecting the device you lost, then clicking on "Actions", and then selecting "Delete profile".
You can also call us on +32 2 464 60 04. We are available Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Do you have a new phone? Then download the ING Banking app via your app store and create a new profile in the app.
You will need your ING debit card and card reader to log in for the first time and start using the app. If you don't have one yet, you can order an ING Card Reader online free of charge and it will be delivered to your home within 3 working days. You can order up to 2 free card readers per year.
For the time being, you can only manage your private accounts with the ING Banking app. To manage your professional accounts you can use the ING Smart Banking app, an app perfectly suited to your needs.
The ING banking app follows the language settings of your device in Dutch, French and English. Are you German-speaking? Then we offer you personal advice and banking services in your own language. Our German-speaking advisers and staff are available for you over the phone. You can reach them on +32 2 464 60 03 and via our website.
You only have access to Home'Bank via our website ing.be. You can log in to Home'Bank with your ING debit card and ING card reader or via the itsme app. ING Banking is ING Belgium's smartphone and tablet app which allows you to manage safely your bank accounts (accounts, cards, etc.) directly on your smartphone/tablet, wherever and whenever you want.
Of course you can! ING Banking is protected by the same hyper-secure technology that ING uses for our other online banking services (Home'bank and Business'Bank). Your profile is created by you using your ING debit card and card reader. In addition, bank details are never stored on your device. You can consult your investment products in the new ING Banking app. You can however place your orders via Home'Bank. To do this, go to ing.be, log in to Home'Bank and click on 'Investment accounts' in the main menu.
You can currently create one profile in the ING Banking app.
We are happy to help you on +32 2 464 60 04 on weekdays from 8 am to 10 pm and on Saturdays from 9 am to 5 pm. You can also send us your questions via our website or schedule an appointment with your local bank branch. You can do this all by yourself via the ING Banking app.
The Home'Bank, Business'Bank, ING Smart Banking and ING Banking app are available free of charge (apart from the costs of your telecom operator or certain transactions, such as international transfers) (SEPA) to all Home'Bank, Business'Bank, ING Smart Banking or ING Banking subscription holders (subject to acceptance by ING and mutual agreement).
