You can also go to the Self-service corner on ing.be. Can't find what you're looking for? You can now contact ING customer services through the chat via the ING Banking app or by calling via the app. Easy, fast and safe ways of contacting us.

  • Fully mobile:

    Contact customer services wherever you are via the ING Banking app on your smartphone.

  • Quick and easy:

    You can install the ING Banking app with just a few clicks. You can then create your profile and go to the 'Services' menu on the bottom right of the app home page. Click on the chat icon to start a chat or click on the phone number for customer services, confirm that you would like to make the call and you're done!

  • Maximum security:

    By logging into the app with your 5-digit code, fingerprint or facial recognition, our client services will know it is you! So there is no longer any need to answer the usual identification questions. NB: For call this only works if we have the right phone number of you. So update it first in the ING Banking app by clicking your profile at the top right of the screen and then on Settings - Personal Data.
