Is your phone lost, stolen or hacked?
Imagine you are sitting on a terrace and your phone is stolen. Or you lost your phone during a hectic shopping day... Don't panic, ING will guide you step by step through this annoying situation!
The fastest way to block your ING Smart Banking app?
To deactivate your app, you need to delete your ING Smart Banking profile.
You will need your ING card and card reader.
- Step 1: Login to Home’Bank.
- Step 2: Go to ‘My Settings’ > ‘Security’ > Delete the profile linked to the lost or stolen smartphone
Don’t forget, in case you also have an itsme account, you can also block it on Home'Bank.

What to do once you have a new phone?
Download the ING Smart Banking app and create a new profile using your ING card and card reader. After this you can start using your app again. You will have access again to all your accounts, any planned payments are still executed, and all your bank cards are still active.
