Do you live and work abroad but need banking services in Belgium? Then take advantage of ING Belgium's Non-residents Department!

If you have the intention to come to work or live in Belgium soon, please go to www.ing.be/expat for assistance.
If you do not have the intention to come to work or live in Belgium soon, please note the following conditions before applying:
- ING Belgium will want to know your link with Belgium (Belgian nationality, or second home in Belgium, or second degree family in Belgium, work or recurring business in Belgium) or your aim to do financial investments with ING Belgium
- You will need to come to Belgium at least once for account opening
- ING Belgium requires you to do all your transactions digitally except for financial investments
If this is ok with you, please send a request email to firstname.lastname@example.org upon which you will receive a questionnaire you will need to fill in, for ING Belgium to be able to decide whether or not we can assist you with your request.

The Non-residents Department is open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
In the afternoon, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., the Non-residents Department is only open on appointment.
