Already have an ING current account? You can use phone banking from your home, office, abroad... in fact, anywhere you need it. You can call us on +32 2 464 60 04 Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Phone’Bank is a free service for all our customers. All you pay is your telephone connection at your standard call rate.

In order to use phone banking, you first need your Phone’Bank code. You can obtain a code in 1 of 3 ways:

  • in Home’Bank, via "My settings > Phone’Bank settings"

  • by choosing option 6, ING Self’Service, at a Self’Bank

  • by making an appointment at an ING branch.

In all cases, you will need your ING ID (the number found in the bottom left-hand corner of your bank card) to request your code.
