1Campaign valid for each new annual ING Car, ING Home & Family, ING Lion Assistance or ING Family Protect insurance contract concluded between 21 March 2016 and 15 May 2016 (except for automatic renewals of existing contracts), subject to acceptance by the insurer and to mutual agreement. One twelfth of the annual premium will be refunded to the account indicated by the holder automatically during the month following the payment of the first (monthly, quarterly, six-monthly or annual) premium but at the earliest as from 1 June 2016. One single refund per contract.
The above mentioned insurance products are governed by Belgian law and have a term of one year. You can go to an ING branch to calculate the premium and obtain a price quotation or you can consult the simulator via www.ing.be or Home’Bank.

3 Undertaking valid for all holders of an ING Car Insurance policy with an accident occurring between 19/01/2015 and 31/12/2016. The undertaking covers any dissatisfaction regarding the processing of the claim in relation to which a complaint has been submitted to the ING Car Insurance Claims Department, which can be contacted by telephone on +32 2 738 56 91, via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or via an ING branch. By way of example this could involve dissatisfaction regarding the information provided by ING, the processing time, the repairs carried out, etc. (non-exhaustive list). In order to be taken into consideration, the dissatisfaction must concern the settlement of a claim covered in accordance with the specific and general terms and conditions applicable to the insurance contract. The dissatisfaction may not concern any premium increase resulting from the claim. Our undertaking consists of reimbursing 3/12th of the paid total annual premium in effect at the time of the accident. Only one single refund will be accepted per insurance contract and per year.
4 When a contract is taken over, we can arrange all the administrative formalities. However, you will have to provide us with a claims history certificate. If we do not receive this certificate in time we will cancel the policy.
