Victim of the bad weather?

Call the ING Assist'Line immediately on +32 2 550 06 00. Our team will help you immediately and tell you which steps to take, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It will ensure that any urgent problems are immediately resolved.

What should I do in case of a disaster?

You can call the ING Assist'Line ion +32 2 550 06 00 or you can also download your statement of claim (FR). Simply fill it in and sign it.

You can hand in your statement of claim at your ING branch or:

  • post it to ING Non-Life Belgium SA (M473) – Cours Saint Michel 70, 1040 Brussels
  • fax it to +32 2 738 94 82
  • send a scanned version to claims@ing.be

Note:

Make sure you indicate your insurance contract number. If you have any photos, bills, etc. enclose them with your statement.
