The mobile app is useful to consult your portfolio via your smartphone or to place an order if you have a Self Invest account. You can find a complete overview of your investment portfolio and the quarterly and annual reports. You will also find detailed information about the execution of your orders and the costs charged for these transactions.

You secure the ING Investing app with a 5-digit mobile PIN, your fingerprint or facial recognition, as you do for the ING Banking app. Make sure that you always use the latest available version of the app. By doing so, you'll be sure your app meets the most recent safety standards and have access to the latest functionalities.

There are no additional costs associated with using the ING Investing app. You only pay the costs for the transactions that you do, either through Self Invest or your advisor. More information about the costs, terms and conditions can be found here.

Your mobile provider may also charge you for the use of internet through your smartphone. Please check those rates with your mobile provider.

The ING Investing app is secured with your 5-digit mobile PIN, your fingerprint or facial recognition technology. This means your transactions are not accessible foroutsiders with your smartphone or tablet.

If your device is lost or stolen, you can delete your profile yourself via Home’Bank or call us on the number printed at the back of your ING debit card: +32 2 464 60 04. In Home’Bank, select the device you have lost, click ‘Actions’ and then ‘Delete Profile’.
