Accident assistance with ING: what should you do?

Involved in a covered car accident?
Have you been involved in a car accident in which your car has sustained damage covered by your car insurance? Don’t worry, you can rely on prompt accident assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via Assist’Line.
The video (FR) tells you how ING and NN Insurance do everything they can to make your life easier in the event of a covered car accident, for example.
Steps to follow in case of damage
How to submit a claim depending on the type of accident:
- Call ING Assist’Line immediately on +32 2 550 06 00.
- Fill in your accident report and send it to us as soon as possible:

- By e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
You will receive confirmation of receipt with the name of the claims manager and the case number. From then on, you will deal directly with the claims manager, who will be your main point of contact.
For glass breakages, you can make an appointment directly with Carglass. If you have optional Mini-Omnium or Omnium cover, ING will cover the cost and you won't be charged an excess.
