Steps to follow in case of damage

We explain how to submit a claim depending on the type of damage:

  1. Call ING Assist’Line immediately on +32 2 550 06 00. Our staff are available 24/7.
  2. Download the claim notification form and send it to us as soon as possible by email: myclaim@nn.be.

Coronavirus update

Damage appraisals are carried out with the required precautions: 

  • Tell us about your state of health in advance and when we arrive. If necessary, we will postpone the appraisal to a later date. 
  • Face masks must be worn.
  • A social distance of at least 1.5 m must be maintained.
  • Please follow basic hand hygiene rules.
  • Please use your own pen to sign the damage appraisal document.
