You can provision your current account by sending money in euro (SEPA) to it from another account. You can do it easily and securely via the ING Banking app or Home'Bank. The effect is immediate and you can use your debit card right after making the transfer.
Do you have any issue with your PIN code?
Once you receive your new debit card, : you can consult your pin in the ING banking app or request it via SMS. (see view pin of your card or text message: Follow those instructions and start using it!)
If you don't have a mobile phone, or you passed the deadline to request it by text message: this pin will be sent by post.
View your pin in the ING banking app ! If you do not have a mobile phone, call us directly from the ING Banking app, via “Services” at the bottom right and click on the telephone number of our Customer Service. Or call +32 2 464 60 01 (from Monday to Friday between 8 am and 8 pm and Saturday between 9 am and 5 pm).
If it happened in an ING ATM: colleagues at the branch will be able to give it back to you if you show your identity card.

If you still have your debit card with you, you can just call us directly from the ING Banking app via the menu 'Services' or form +32 2 464 60 04 (from Monday to Friday between 8 am and 8 pm / Saturday between 9 am and 5 pm).
You should update the PIN code of your debit card by going to an ING ATM and do a PIN change.
