How to change your address?

Update your address quickly and easily online via the ING Banking app or Home'Bank.

Are you moving or have you just moved? This often requires a great deal of organisation, including communicating your change of address. Don't panic, you can easily change your address via the ING Banking app or via Home'Bank. 

Next to updating your legal address, you can also check your telephone number and/or e-mail address and change them if necessary. Convenient, isn't it?

Where can you change your address?

  • Via the ING Banking app
  1. Log in with your fingerprint, FaceID or your 5-digit code
  2. Click on the 'Profile' icon at the top right of the screen
  3. Select 'Settings'
  4. In the section 'Personal data' you can do the necessary changes
  1. Log in via itsme® or via the card reader and your ING-debet card
  2. Click on the 'Profile' icon at the top right of the screen
  3. Then 'Profile'
  4. Select 'Modify your personal data' and do the necessary changes

How to change your address?

You can change your address at ING via the itsme® app using the ING Banking app or via Home'Bank.

You can manually change your address in our system. After verification with the authorities you will receive a confirmation that you address has been updated at ING.
